Refunds require a valid reason and must align with the project brief. Refund approval is at the discretion of FSGlobal Tech.
After a refund, all rights to delivered work transfer back to FSGlobal Tech and cannot be used by the client.
The “My Account” area is the official channel of communication for design projects. Clients must actively check this area for updates, queries, and deliveries.
Designs are produced after thorough research and follow the client’s specifications to ensure originality and quality.
We will revise and update your design until you are fully satisfied, within the scope of your selected package.
Final design files are delivered to your account area per the order confirmation. Customized designs are delivered via email within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery may be available at an additional fee.
We keep archives of final files. Upon request, we can resend them to you.
We offer 24/7 customer support to address your queries and provide prompt assistance.
FSGlobal Tech is not responsible for communications from unofficial emails or numbers. Only correspondence via official contact details is valid.
If we fail to meet expectations, refunds may be offered under the Money Back Guarantee policy, provided all terms are met.
We ensure all logos are designed from scratch. If a logo is found to be substantially similar to an existing design, we will provide a replacement. Ownership rights require registration with official authorities (e.g., USPTO, fees apply).
Revisions for video animations depend on the package selected. All packages include unlimited storyboard revisions, provided the main concept remains unchanged.
